We have many years of experience in guiding for black bear, and are also avid bowhunters ourselves. Our bow and crossbow only hunts have had high success rates year after year. Much of this is due to the high number of baits we have spread over our massive bear territories, and the small number of hunters we accomodate each week. The average bear size is approx. 225 lbs. with Pope & Young animals taken every week. The base camp has full washroom and kitchen facilities, electricity, freezers, and is close to town for easy access to gas and supplies.

  • Guides shows hunters our baiting routine, bear bait locations and supplies hunter with our own prebaited bait. (At this point the hunter is responsible for baiting his or her own bait.)
